Area 51 presents a rollerskate night on the 5th of October.
A night exclusive for rollerskating!
With a beginner "park" workshop between 19:30 - 20:30,
Get familiar with riding ramps and maby even dropping in!
*Bring your own rollerskates,
we can provide the helmets and protective gear.
After the workshop you still have plenty of time to
improve your skill set with the whole park to yourself!

Een dag speciaal voor de jongere skaters tot en met 16 jaar oud! Met toffe prijzen, vrienden en vooral gezelligheid.
Een skate demo door Allstyle Distribution en afsluitend een best trick wedstrijd voor 16+ door 100% Skateshop.
Tot zondag op de mo man tai waves in Area 51!

On Sunday October 27 AREA 51 presents the "concrete surf challenge". A fun day for all young skateboarders up to 16 with awesome prizes, friends and positivity! With a demo by Allstyle Distribution and last but not least a 16+ best trick hosted by 100% skateshop makes this a great day wrapping up the "perfect wave" expo by mo man tai.

Note:
During the Dutch open park series Area 51 is only open for spectators of the bowl battle contest, riding the park and the street course is not available for public
The Bowl in Area51 Skatepark has been the stage of top shelf international bowl riding for many years already.
This bowl, designed by the University of Eindhoven, is so perfect that every park skateboarder must feel the pleasure of flowing through its curves. Area51 is also situated in the awesome, ever developing cultural hotspot Strijp-S in Eindhoven.
PRIZE MONEY
โฌ 5.000,-
THE CONTEST
All participating dutch skaters (men and women) will compete alongside all other international participants for the prizemoney of โฌ 5.000,- euros.
The contest is split in two groups: Pro/Am and Masters (40+). The best dutchman in the Pro/Am group will be crowned Dutch Bowl National Champion and will earn another prize of 500 euros. A few best trick contests will be held as well.
ENTERING THE CONTEST
The contest starts 1:00 PM and registration will be on the same day as the contest from 11:00 AM till 1:00 PM.
The entrance fee is 20 euros. The contest has a training day, one day before the day of the contest .

DUTCH OPEN PARK SERIES
The Dutch Open Park Series is an international contest for the discipline Skateboarding Park. The series contains three contests held in three different cities of the Brabant Province in the Netherlands, Helmond, โs-Hertogenbosch and Eindhoven. Top skateboarders from all over the world will compete and challenge each other for the fat prizes. The best Dutch will be crowned to become the Dutch National Champions for Miniramp, Vert & Bowl.

- Stop 2: Halfpipe Horror - 19th of October โ World Skate Center โ โs-Hertogenbosch
- Stop 3: Bowl Battle โ 23rd of November โ Area51 โ Eindhoven
OLYMPIC RANKING
All participating dutchmen will be able to earn points for the overall ranking of the Dutch Open Park Series. This overall ranking is considered the final ranking for the Dutch Championships Skateboarding Park and will be send to World Skate for the Olympic World Skateboarding Ranking (OWSR).
ORGANISATION
The Dutch Open Park Series 2019 - Bowl Battle contest is organised by Areafiftyone Skatepark in collaboration with Skateboard Federatie Nederland and powered by BrabantSport, Emoves gemeente Eindhoven, Independent Trucks, Incentro, Creature Skateboards.
